Is A Deposit required?

Yes, a nonrefundable 35% deposit is required to secure your appointment.

Do I have to use a certain type of hair?

Yes, "Outré Premium X-pressions braiding hair is required. (pre-stretched, 3 bundles in 1 pack, 52" for waist length, 42" for midback) for "KNOTLESS BRAIDS", "BOXBRAIDS", and "FEED-INS". The required amount of hair for each style is listed in the service description. For Goddess Locs or Faux locs you must go to thecurlrefinery.com and click on the Silver Plus Package and purchase the hair 7 days before your upcoming appt.

What happens if I cancel my appointment?

If you cancel your appointment, your deposit can be transferred ONE time to a future appointment if cancelled 48 hours before your appointment or it is NON-REFUNDABLE. If you decided to re-book less than 48 hrs before, another deposit is required for your next appointment.

Do you work with all types of hair?

Yes, if you have any concerns pertaining to alopecia, thin hair or thick hair be sure to call for a consultation before booking an appointment. Please note there may be additional fees added to your service, our goal is to make your hair look as natural as possible.

What is the required hair length before booking an appointment?

Your hair must be at least 4 inches or longer.

Can I bring my kids or others to my appointment?

ONLY THE CLIENT must come to the appointment.

What happens if I'm late to my appointment?

If you are running late please contact your braider in advance via Phone of Text. Late fees maybe charged to your service depending on your arrival time.

Is washing my hair required?

YES, all clients must arrive with their hair thoroughly washed, DETANGLED & blow dried. Your hair must be clean and dandruff free. There WILL be extra charge for dirty hair or hair that is not detangled. There is a service for a wash and blow out that you must book for that.

How long will my services take?

Please review the desired service for the duration time. The service duration times may be extended depending on the client or the hairstyle. To get the best experience, we ask that you plan your day accordingly.

What happens if I do not show up for my appointment, did not contact and If I did not reschedule?

Unfortunately, your deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE, and you CANNOT make any future appointments online.

HEALTH AND SAFETY:
Due to Covid-19 we want to ensure that we are doing our best to maintain a clean and safe environment for my Queens and Kings. MASK is required when arriving to your appointment along with washing your hands prior to sitting in the chair.

DEPOSIT:
A 35% deposit is required for booking an appointment. All appointments are strictly on a FIRST COME FIRST SERVE basis. You do not have an appointment without a deposit. All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. The deposit goes toward your service and will be deducted at the time of booking your appointment. If you can no longer make your scheduled appointment you MUST contact Evony 48 hours prior to your appointment, the deposit is transferable 1 time for a future appointment. Your one-time transferrable deposit is only valid within 60 days.
 

CANCELLATIONS:
All cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. You are responsible for canceling your appointment after booking. If you decided not to reschedule/ cancel your appointment in the 48-hour time period, you will automatically forfeit your deposit and you will lose your deposit.
 

No Call/ No Show:
If your appointment is not canceled in advance and you don't show up for your appointment, you will be unable to make any further appointments.
 

LATE: ALL CLIENTS MUST BE ON TIME.
Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes early before your appointment time. There is allowed a 10 min grace period for all clients. After 10 min a $10.00 fee will be added to your service. After 20 min a $20.00 fee will be applied. After 30 mins we will have to discuss if you need to be rescheduled or it will be cancelled. This is to ensure that no one runs into someone else's appointment time. In the event that you are on time and I am late starting you I will take $5.00 off of your service myself for me being late IF I have not contacted you 30 mins prior to your appointment.
 

CONSULTATIONS:
Please be sure to call or text for a consultation if you are unsure of the following:
-Thin edges, Short hair, Alopecia, or unsure of what style best suits you.
 

PAYING THROUGH PAYPAL:
When placing your deposit through Paypal the transaction fee will be included in your deposit total.
Payments Accepted: Cash(for remaining balance), Cash App, Square, and PayPal
 

SERVICE CHANGES:
The original style that is chosen when booked cannot be changed unless the duration of the style is the same, please understand once u select a service you must stick with it.
 

THE DAY OF YOUR APPOINTMENT:
Your hair must be blown out as straight as possible (ZERO PRODUCTS). An additional $25 fee will be added if your hair needs to be blown out correctly. Please be sure to add a blow dry to your service ahead of time if need be. If your hair is not properly detangled and blow dried prior to your appointment there will be a $25 fee.
